Amy Carper, Little Rock
Amy's style of photography has been attributed to many different experiences in her life. Early on she was exposed to travel and foreign culture which affected her as a person as well as an artist. Raised on the west coast she was able to work with photographers that used “natural light”, instead of a conventional studio. She knew then that this style of photography was her passion. During her early 20's Amy toured the United States and Europe while in a singing group. Working in the music industry, she was able to build a clientele of musicians to photograph. This was where she grew creatively; helping artists achieve a distinct personal style. When first building her studio in Little Rock she developed an edgy flair that the fashion and commercial industries demand. She now resides in Sherwood, AR with her husband Chris, and three children. From a beach town in San Diego to a few acres in Arkansas, Amy understands the concepts of change, openness, and balance; which has made Carper Creative Photography one of the most distinct brands in the region.
