Charlotte Rierson, Fairfield Bay
Throughout most of Charlotte's life she has been involved with the arts. She has lived most of her life in central Arkansas and a Graduate of the University of Central Arkansas majoring in Art. Charlotte was the past President of Mid-Southern Watercolorists and the Director of the MSW Regional Advisors, member of the Arkansas Artist Registry, and Arkansas Repertory Theatre Artworks, a board member of the Arkansas League of Artists, and coordinator of the North Central Arkansas Art Gallery for the North Central Arkansas Foundation for the Arts & Education. Some her recent awards include 1ST Place Landscape Division 2005 & 2006 in the Arkansas League of Artists Mayors Show, Arkansas Art Council’s Small Works and awarded Best of Show in MSW Fall Exhibition 2002. Charlotte is also in the permanent collection of the Historical Arkansas Museum. Her love and promotion of the Arts were recognized by the Arkansas Arts Council when she received the Arkansas Art Councils Governor’s Art Award in Community Development of the Arts. Charlotte is available for commission.
