Kathy Sanders, Little Rock
Having lost her only two grandsons in the Oklahoma City bombing Kathy Sanders took up painting, in part, to augment the healing process. At first just a hobby it has now become her full time career. She does work for some of the region's top interior designers and has done many commissions for individuals and businesses. Touched by those who have suffered she loves to paint memories which have special meaning to them. She has donated her work to a number of deserving charities and recently her “Hungry Boy” was chosen as the cover piece for the Arkansas Foodbank Network's Empty Bowls annual event. She loves bright vivid colors and her style continues to evolve.
