Linda Flake works in many mediums and shows her work through the Heights Gallery in Little Rock, Arkansas.  Her paintings are light-hearted and imaginative.  She ocassionally accepts commissioned work and also does portraits.  Linda's formal training began in Switzerland where she attended school after graduating from high school in Casablanca, Morocco.  Upon returning to the United States and marrying Dickson Flake, she continued to study painting.  She has attended workshops throughout the USA, China, Central America and Indonesia.  Linda has been invited to an Invitational Master Class and, at one time, showed her work at the Starry Sheets Gallery in California.  Her paintings have won many awards including the Governor's award.  Her art is in private and corporate collections throughout Arkansas.
