Artist Statement:
"From the Blues Delta Motherland of
Arkansas, USA. I didn't learn blues,
I was raised in it all my life. My daddy was born on Highway 49, and he grew up on a cotton farm in delta country. I heard the real deal early on. I don't remember learning how to walk, and I don't remember when I first heard the blues live and real. It is in my blood, my mind and my spirit. I've got blues under my fingernails, and I don't mind one bit."
